Day 6 (Wednesday)

Morning - Eggs & steak
Snack - Handful of sunflower seeds
Lunch -Salad (Spinach, avacado, cucumber, tomatoe, chk & shrimp)
Snack - Tangerine
Dinner - Pork Chop, garlic spinach, + tomatoes

*Starbucks double shot coffee- gonna have to work out extra hard tonight
*Crunch candy bar...=(

Work out - 45 Firm DVD
