Day 4 (monday)

Morning - Fruit salad (grapes, strawberries, watermelon)
Snack - Sunflower Seeds
Lunch - Salad (Spinach, avacado, tomatoe, cucumber, red onion, shrimp, and chicken)

I chickened out on the olive oil + lime juice dressing and went for the low fat one that I have here at work. But I must say, to my surprise, that I actually enjoyed my salad. Maybe this wont be so bad after all...

Dinner - Fish pan fried in olive oil w/ lemon pepper seasoning, chili lime shrimp, & butternut squash (yuck).
