Fitness

Still trying to figure our how I am going to incorporate a fitness agenga which flows w/ my hectic daily schedule...trying to convince myself to join a gym in SF (bc I work here) and work out either in the mornings, - which means that I would have to wake up 1.5 hrs earlier than I do now, tug around work out clothes+ lunch, shower + change at gym, all before work...

...or work out during my lunch- which is only an hour...I'm not sure thats enough time bc I'd have to shower+change before coming back to work+do all that I mentioned above...tug around all that stuff on the way to work lol

And I wouldn't be able to utilze the gym on the weekends since I live 30+ miles away. All disadvantages...

But this gym in particular does score some cool points =) Its only $20/month, I'd have access to a physical trainer at my leisure, and I could tan for free (!!!). UGH decisions, decisions...either way its going to be hard .

The only other option is to use my FIRM DVDs, and work out at home....for free...seems like an easy choice huh? But when I get home, I just want to relax!
